Ordering

Please note c/s stands for cut and sifted. We utilize a shopping cart system. For shopping safety it is coupled with a secure encrypted server to process all credit card information. Our material is shipped from the central United States offering timely delivery. Your credit card is charged for the order total at the time of shipment. We offer four ways to order herb and spice.

  • Secure Website

Select herb and spice. Proceed through the checkout. Enter shipping address, phone number, enter Visa/MasterCard or Discover Card number and the order will be processed by a secure encrypted server.

  • Fax

Select herb and spice. Proceed through the checkout. Enter shipping address, phone number, enter Visa/MasterCard number, print and fax it to us toll free at (877)818-4115.

  • Postal Mail

Select herb and spice. Proceed through the checkout. Enter shipping address, phone number, enter Visa/MasterCard number or include check/money order, print and Mail to: HerbalCom, 803 E. Lincoln Way, Ames, IA 50010.

  • Phone Orders

Orders are accepted online 24 hours a day. Phone orders are accepted toll free at (888) 649-3931 during business hours. We encourage electronic commerce. This allows us to offer the lowest possible prices on herbs and spices.

Payment

We accept payment for email, fax and phone orders with Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Charges are for the herb and spice and a flat $8.50 handling fee for the total order. Freight is free. Your credit card is charged for the order total at the time of shipment, not at order placement. You receive a detailed sales invoice with the shipment. Billings are in U.S. dollars. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information.

Shipping

Herb and spice orders are shipped FREIGHT FREE (continental U.S. only) with a flat handling fee regardless of order size.  We do not accept back orders. Shipment is via standard UPS ground service unless specified. If P.O. Box only is provided as ship address, shipment must go via U.S. Mail and you will be billed actual mail cost. Please provide a physical address to allow for UPS shipment and free freight. Outside continental U.S. shipment is via U.S. Postal Priority Mail, your are billed the cost of freight. Standard U.S. Mail delivery time on international orders is 10-14 days.

Guarantee

If not completely satisfied with any item, contact us within 60 days of invoice date for a complete refund of the herb or spice. HerbalCom pays return freight charges resulting from our error or your dissatisfaction. The customer will pay return freight on all misordered herb or spice. Credit will be issued upon receipt.

Safety

By ordering, you the customer, accept full responsibility that the product will be used in a rational and informed manner. Illness or negative reactions can occur from excessive consumption, individual sensitivities and allergic reactions. Individuals who are pregnant or with an existing medical condition should seek qualified expert advice before using any herb or spice.

Herb and spice prices are subject to change without notice. For quantities over 25 pounds per individual herb or spice please contact us for a quote.
